Experience CoGov
Experience CoGov
The game of sustainable solutions and collaborative governance
CoGov is a collaborative game where participants step into a fictional process involving real dilemmas in public leadership, co-creation, and climate transition.
The game lasts 90 minutes and requires no preparation – the rules are explained along the way.
It was developed by European researchers and designed for use in seminars, workshops, and leadership groups. It sparks deep conversations, reflection, and learning – in an accessible and engaging way.
Why collaborate with us?
Our knowledge of leadership, co-creation, and sustainability goes hand in hand with many years of experience in workshop facilitation and game design.
GOGOV GAME
The CoGov Game trains the ability to manage and lead local co-creation, where relevant and affected stakeholders tackle wicked problems by jointly developing innovative solutions with broad ownership.
The game presents participants with a series of dilemmas related to co-creating green solutions and fosters learning about which approaches work best.
Since the group plays together against the game, it’s particularly well-suited for building cohesion and shared learning in teams or groups that work daily to bring together public and private actors in innovation-driven collaboration processes.
The game is self-facilitated. You simply start playing, and instructions are provided along the way.
